7 Natural Remedies for COVID-19 Vaccine Side Effects

by Andreea Laza

Looking for natural remedies for COVID-19 vaccine side effects? Here is a protocol that can help fight the negative effects and toxicity after the COVID-19 shots. But first.

A lot of people all over the world have suffered from serious side effects following their COVID-19 shots. The COVID-19 vaccine side effects range from pruritus and skin rashes to severe inflammation of the heart (myocarditis, pericarditis), neurological problems including face paralysis, body numbness, and uncontrollable body tremors, lymph nodes inflammation, blood coagulation problems, including blood clots, severe hemorrhages, and many more others. For this reason, we have compiled together all the information we know so far on natural remedies, herbs, and supplements that can counteract the side effects of the COVID-19 vaccines (injections).

Before we get into the natural remedies for COVID-19 vaccine side effects, I think it’s important that we’re made aware on what are the potentially harmful chemicals in them. We do not offer any advice on whether to take or not to take these injections, but we believe an informed decision is a must for making such an important decision for your health.

What Makes the mRNA COVID-19 Vaccines Potentially Harmful?

Herbs That Dissolve Blood Clots - MYN

So far, the potentially harmful ingredients in the novel COVID-19 vaccines that have been identified are:

The spike protein is the outer layer of the COVID-19 virus, and also what is put into our bodies when we get the COVID-19 vaccines. When the artificial mRNA information enters the cells of our bodies, it sends the signal of these cells to replicate the spike protein, as a means to help the body develop antibodies for it, and learn how to defeat the COVID-19 virus.

However, according to new findings, this very spike protein is what has caused the massive damage in the vascular cells, posing a real threat to our health. Moreover, we do not know at this time when and whether the mRNA will stop sending the information to the cells of our body to mass-produce these spike proteins.

While not mentioned on any COVID-19 vaccine prospect, a group of Spanish researchers has found in the Pfizer vaccine a huge amount of graphene oxide, mounting up to 99% of its content. So the question is “Why?”. Graphene oxide is a known highly toxic substance, with no therapeutical properties, but an excellent nanomaterial for electrical and heat conductivity, used in the biosensor industry. This explains a lot of the magnetism experienced by many people who have had these injections.

Cayman Chemical Company, the manufacturer of SM-102 has stipulated in the Safety Data Sheet that this product is highly toxic, potentially carcinogenic, and sterility-inducing. Besides these components, some of these vaccines contain GMOs (Johnson & Johnson and AstraZeneca), most of them contain sugar under the term of sucrose, and more harmful ingredients, including chlorhydric acid, polysorbate 80, cholesterol, sodium hydroxide, and ethanol.

Last but not least, according to best-selling author and Dr. Joseph Mercola, the novel COVID-19 vaccines can make people more susceptible to more severe disease if they’re exposed to the virus after inoculation. This leads to something he calls Antibody-Dependent Enhancement or ADE, which means that the vaccines can potentially enhance the virus’ ability to enter and infect the cells rather than boosting the immune system in the fight against the virus.

All of the above explains the numerous side effects of the novel COVID-19 vaccines. However, there are herbs, supplements, and foods that have been proven to help in reducing these symptoms and even recovering from these side effects. Some of these remedies come from David Wolfe, who’s developed a protocol, especially for COVID-19 vaccine side effects and shedding.

The rest are my recommendations after doing thorough research on how the mRNA starts producing the spike protein, and how this process can potentially be stopped. In addition, I have started to compile a series of natural remedies for the most frequent side effects of the COVID-19 vaccines, and I will leave a link for each of them at the end of this article.

7 Natural Remedies for COVID-19 Vaccine Side Effects

1. Shikimate

Shikimate or shikimic acid is an important biochemical metabolite, used as the base for the popular antiviral drug Tamiflu. The reason is that shikimate has powerful anticancer, antiviral, antibacterial, as well as anti-blood clotting, and antithrombotic properties. Yes, not only does it fight viruses and bacteria, but it also prevents and fights blood clots, one of the most frequently encountered COVID-19 vaccine side effects.

Most importantly, shikimic acid is believed to neutralize the spike protein in mRNA vaccines. One of the possible explanations is that when the shikimic acid reaches into the liver, through metabolization it turns into a powerful antiviral that is rushed directly into the bloodstream.

Skikimate is found in pine needle tea (from green, edible pine needles), fennel tea, and Chinese anise seeds (Illicium verum). When making the pine needle tea, drink the oil/resin at the bottom too. Other herbs that are high in shikimate are:

  • Triphala (Haritaki and Bibhitaki fruits are loaded with shikimate)
  • St. John’s wort (whole plant)
  • Comfrey (leaf)
  • Feverfew (leaves and flowers)
  • Gingko Biloba (leaf)
  • Giant hyssop (Agastache urticifolia)
  • Liquidambar (seed pods)

Superfoods Rich in Shikimate

  • Schisandra berry
  • Wheatgrass and wheatgrass juice (young blades)
  • Sprouted beans – red kindey beans, moth beans, soy beans, mong beans, and alfaalfa.
  • Carrots & fresh carrot juice

These herbs and superfoods are some of the best natural remedies for COVID-19 vaccine side effects. You can find them here

2. Hesperidin

Peppermint and oranges (especially red oranges) have a high content of hesperidin, a chalcone similar to quercetin that deactivates the spike protein. One possible explanation is that hesperidin naturally improves blood flow and slows aging, reduces inflammation in veins, and reduces the risk of developing varicose veins, and strengthens the walls of capillaries.

Normally, in just one teaspoon of organic and dried lemon and orange peels, there is enough hesperidin to feel its benefits, but in case you’ve had the jab, you can have more than that. You can also boil the peels of organic citrus fruit and drink them as tea, alongside peppermint.

Other sources of hesperidin are mainly citrus fruit (limes, lemons, oranges, grapefruit) as well as rose hips and bell peppers. Rosehip juice can bind to heavy metals and remove them as well as other toxic products from the body when combined with natural Vitamin C. Yes, citrus fruit peels are working on the COVID-19 vaccine side effects.

Health Benefits of Citrus Fruits Juice - Orange Juice

3. Dandelion Leaf

(Taraxacum officinale)

According to David Wolfe, the common dandelion leaf has the ability to efficiently block the interaction between ACE2 cell surface receptor (an enzyme attached to the membrane of cells) and the spike protein D614, and its mutants D614G, N501Y, K417N, and E484K in vitro. Dandelion root is one of the most powerful detox herbs for the liver, while dandelion leaf tea is a strong depurative for the kidneys, liver, and the entire body.

To make the dandelion leaf tea add 10g of dried dandelion leaf in a cup of water and bring to a boil. After the tea starts boiling, turn the heat off and leave covered for 10 minutes. Strain and drink as is, or sweetened with honey. Drink two cups a day, one in the morning on an empty stomach, and another one in the evening before bed in a three-week cure or longer in need. Dandelion leaf tea is one of the best herbs for COVID-19 vaccine side effects.

4. Coated Silver

Coated silver blocks the sulfur-bearing protein on the spikes from entering the body cells. Sulfur-rich amino acids on the spike protein interact with silver causing them to fold incorrectly, making it one of the helpful supplements/remedies for COVID-19 vaccine side effects. The dosage is 1-6 drops/day depending on the severity of the side effects.

5. NAC & Glutathione

(N-acetyl cysteine)

Graphene oxide (GO) has a resonant frequency above which it oxidizes very quickly, thus breaking the balance, and favoring body toxicity by decreasing the natural antioxidant reserves of glutathione. Glutathione is a powerful antioxidant that can prevent damage caused by free radicals, peroxides, toxins such as GO, and heavy metals.

NAC accelerates GO detoxification because it restores glutathione levels naturally. More so, NAC has been observed to detoxify SM-102 too, making it a great tool against the COVID-19 vaccine side effects. Dosage: 1200-2400 mg/day on an empty stomach. If you cannot find NAC, S-Adenosylmethionine (SAMe) works similarly to NAC.

6. Ozone & Oxygen Therapies

Ozone is one of the most powerful antibacterial agents in the world. All types of ozone and oxygen therapies are effective for the COVID-19 vaccine side effects because they help degrade the spike protein and the graphene oxide. MMS, drinking ozonated water, or ozonated water enemas and even ozone injections done by medical professionals are all helpful in counteracting the negative side-effects of COVID-19 vaccines.

7. Herbal Statins

This is 100% my research and hypothesis in counteracting the side effects of the COVID-19 vaccines. Statins are medicines that can help lower the level of low-density lipoproteins (LDL), yes, the bad cholesterol in the blood. But why use herbal statins to fight the side effects of these injections? The mRNA is very fragile and in order to penetrate the cells of the body it is coated in a layer of special lipids, also called lipid nanoparticles. According to Precision Nanosystems, a company specialized in nanomedicine development, I quote:

“Lipid nanoparticles mimic low-density lipoproteins (LDL), which allows them to be taken up by an endogenous cellular transport pathway to deliver nucleic acids to cells”

This means that without these nanoparticles the mRNA information would not be able to reach the cells of the body and start producing the spike protein. And yes, low-density lipoprotein is LDL, the bad cholesterol we are all afraid of.

What I call herbal statins are herbs and natural medicines that lower/fight cholesterol in the bloodstream. If the nano lipids layering the mRNA in the nucleic acids act as LDL to fool the body cells to let them in (like a Trojan horse), then there is a chance that taking a natural statin right after getting a COVID-19 shot can melt the lipid nanoparticle layer coating the mRNA in the bloodstream, preventing it from reaching their target.

If my hypothesis is correct, then by breaking down the lipid nanoparticles we can automatically destroy and disable the mRNA information before sneaking into the cells of the body and starting to mass-produce the harmful spike protein. This means that herbs that reduce blood cholesterol may be working against the COVID-19 vaccine side effects.

The Most Effective Natural Statins Are

The bark from the young branches and shoots of birch, ash, alder, willow, and elder trees is full of sap and vegetable statins, which play an important role in cleansing blood vessels. The gemmotherapy preparations below have proven their effectiveness in normalizing cholesterol levels, by lowering high LDL cholesterol and triglycerides.

  • Birch sap extract – reduces cholesterol levels, and is known as a strong detoxifier and remineralizer. It can be used from the first episodes of high cholesterol because it is able to prevent the initial stages of atherosclerosis.
  • Almond bud extract – is the main gemotherapeutic recommended for lowering triglyceride levels.
  • Olive young shoot – is the best gemotherapeutic remedy in hypertension, with proven effects in lowering cholesterol and triglycerides.
  • Rosemary young shoot – liver and bile regenerator and detoxifier, used successfully for hypercholesterolemia and hypertriglyceridemia.
  • Maple bud extract – fights gallstones, diabetes and first stage arteriosclerosis. It has a beneficial effect on lowering cholesterol levels.
  • Ash bud extract – It is an important metabolic detoxifier, with major benefits for the joints, kidneys and gallbladder, also used in hypercholesterolemia.

Other effective natural statins are:

Natural Supplements for COVID-19 Vaccine Side Effects

You can use the natural remedies for COVID-19 vaccine side effects alongside natural supplements that boost the immune system and block the unwanted actions of the potentially harmful chemicals in these injections.

  • Zinc 30-80 mg/day depending on immunological pressure (read also natural sources of zinc)
  • Vitamin C – 1000mg/day
  • Vitamin D3 – 10,000 UI/day (read also natural sources of Vitamin D)
  • Quercetin – 500-1000 mg twice/day
  • PQQ – 20-40 mg/day
  • C60 – 1-3 dropperfulls/day (is a rich source of electrons that normalizes electron flow and fights inflammation)
  • Serrapeptase – 100-200 mg on an empty stomach/day (helps break down proteins into smaller bits, reduces fluid and debris around injured tissue)
  • Charcoal -2-4 caps/day on an empty stomach (activated charcoal is a natural detoxifier for the intestines and blood)
  • Resveratrol – prevents graphene oxide to potentially generate destructive oxidation

Crystals and Gemstones

There are powerful crystals that can be used to neutralize the electromagnetism and energetic disturbances caused by the graphene oxide in the COVID-19 vaccines. These crystals are specifically used to counteract radiation, Wi-Fi frequencies, and radiofrequency pollution and can be used to counteract the COVID-19 vaccine side effects.

1. Shungite

Shungite stones are extracted from the mines around the Shunga village, in the Karelia region of Russia. These rare black stones are made of up to 99 percent carbon (fullerenes, or 60 carbon atoms – C60), and the rest 1% nearly all the minerals on the periodic table. They are known for their ability to shield you from EMF emissions, that is electromagnetic radiation.

It is highly possible that a shungite stone will counteract the electromagnetism caused by the graphene oxide found in the mRNA vaccines. In addition, this healing stone reduces inflammation and oxidative stress can purify water and kills bacteria and viruses. Wore a piece of shungite around your neck or take it with you in your purse or pocket to enjoy its protection. To enhance its protective powers, supplement with C60 SuperConcentrate as well, to neutralize the spike protein, graphene oxide, and SM-102 found in the mRNA Covid-19 vaccines.

2. Black Turmaline

Another gemstone for protection from toxic energies and electromagnetic radiation, black tourmaline has the ability to stop EMF in its tracks, forming a protective barrier and soaking up the smog from phones, TVs, laptops, and other electromagnetic devices such as the ones found in the mARN vaccines. Wearing or carrying a piece of black tourmaline in your pocket/purse, can help you tone down COVID-19 vaccine side effects.

3. Hematite

A 2016 study showed that anisotropic crystals absorb electromagnetic radiation from the electromagnetic waves. Coincidentally or not, the EMF absorbing hematite pertains to the class of anisotropic crystals. We say this because hematite is known for its protective abilities since the times of Ancient Rome when soldiers used it to shield their armor with it for protection in battle. Hematite is also known as The Blood Stone because, in addition to cleansing EMF smog, it also cleanses toxins and debris from the bloodstream.

Other EMF protection crystals that may help counteract the COVID-19 vaccine side effects are pyrite, citrine, and rose quartz.

4. Shattuckite

This one is a totally different healing crystal from the other three above, it doesn’t have the same anti-EMF properties, but what it does is stimulate cell division and regeneration, repair DNA, and healing caused by genetically transmitted diseases, including radiation damage and offers strong support in viral issues. It’s a valuable tool at the moment to rid the body of disease and “cooling” the body from inflammation, fight thrombosis and blood clots, because shattuckite is a powerful master healer.

To use shattuckite to counteract the adverse reactions of these injections, hold it in your hand and look at its colors with the green/turquoise/teal and the “veins” that run through, and imagine these healing colored patterns flowing through your veins, through you.

Diet for COVID-19 Vaccine Side Effects

An alkaline, healing diet is key in fighting against COVID-19 vaccine side effects, by strengthening the immune system against the inflammatory response caused by the potentially harmful chemicals contained in these injections. For this, we recommend a plant-based diet, a lot of fresh, organic, and raw fruits and vegetables, drinking lots of fresh spring water, enjoy fresh air, and moving your body for at least 30 minutes a day.

  • Avoid alcohol, sugar, meat and deli products, junk and highly-processed foods, fast food, fried, refined foods, smoking, caffeine, chocolate, eggs, dairy, wheat etc.
  • Instead, eat more raw vegetables and fruits. Herbal phytosterols prevent the absorption of cholesterol from the intestine and hot peppers, onions and garlic are very helpful. Replace sugar with dates, coconut sugar, maple syrup and raw honey. Replace caffeine with herbal teas (yerba mate).
  • Reduce fats, even healthy fats such as coconut oil, avocado and nuts.

Hi, Williams! No, you don’t have to take all these supplements, but I had to mention all of them because they work on different levels. Some of them boost the immune system and help it prepare to face any inflammations caused by these injections (Vitamin C, Zinc), others prevent viral loads similar to this virus (Vitamin D3, Quercetin), there are those that stop inflammation caused by the electromagnetic nanoparticles such as graphene and SM-102 (Carbon60/C60), others specifically target the spike protein and help break it down (Serrapeptase), and then there are those that absorb this toxic debris from the intestines and bloodstream and flush it out (Activated charcoal). I hope I helped. Much health to you! 💚

I’m curious about only getting one shot of the vaccine. I only received the one but my fiance got both and he doesn’t have any symptoms. I do have an autoimmune disease of the liver.Do you have any information on side affects with only one shot. I did order the teas and I already use the vitamins that you mentioned. I have headaches everyday since then and I get bad muscle knots down my back. Thank you for all your hard work putting together this site.

Hello Tressa! From my research, usually, the first dose is a “milder” one, however, I cannot say this for sure, nor can I say anything specific on the side effects after only one dose. However, what I have read from other people’s experience is that the first dose is a tad milder, still, there are people who’ve had a reaction to it and are afraid about going for the second dose. In your situation, I recommend that you consult an open-minded doctor and perhaps they can give you an exemption from the second dose since you’ve had side effects from the first dose.
Autoimmune diseases are actually caused by a hidden pathogen that the body is trying to kill and get rid of, I really recommend that you read more about it here.
Muscle knots can cause a reaction in other areas outside the muscles including headaches, toothache, or ear pain. However, persistent headache and migraines are most commonly caused by inflammation of the phrenic, vagus, and trigeminal nerves caused by neurotoxins produced by the shingles virus, the presence of toxic heavy metals inside brain cells, or chronic dehydration (not drinking enough water and having caffeine, alcohol, energy drinks) and lack of proper oxygenation to the brain (too much time inside, not enough fresh air).
Besides the herbal teas that you’ve already purchased, have plenty of freshwater, lemon water with raw honey, fresh cold-pressed juices, but pure freshwater is the best. Drink celery juice in the morning on an empty stomach to lower body toxicity, especially after these shots. Have a diet with plenty of fresh fruit and veggies, simple homemade veggies soups, eat as simple and as natural as possible, avoid fast food, greasy fatty foods, eggs, dairy, highly processed meats and try to make most of the food at home, steamed/boiled or raw. Try rubbing the area where your head hurts with essential mint oil, mint usually works on the spot for headaches, but be careful so it doesn’t touch your eye area.
I really hope all this information will help guide you back to health. Much love to you and thank you for your feedback, it is much appreciated. 💚

Just wanted to add one thing – amla (Indian Gooseberry). Natural statin, per Dr. Michael Greger. You can get it at most Indian food stores in powder form. My husband was given a “no jab, no job” mandate at work, and he opted for the J&J, and with my nutrition background, I figured it was the easiest one to negate, and it’s only one shot, and the biggest problems seem to be blood clots and myocarditis, as opposed to a whole host of problems with the other two. I started him on natural blood thinners the week before, and had him pounding the antioxidants and anti-inflammatories 3 days before. I hope that dandelion root works as well as the leaves, as they didn’t have any of those at the store.

We’re currently on a water/partial juice fast, starting the day of the jab, with all the teas mentioned above, and a bit more. Still on the vitamins/minerals/antioxidants/anti-inflammatories. Juicing beets (nitric oxide and capillary health), turmeric root (anti-clot, anti-inflammatory), ginger root (anti-clot), and cilantro (metal binder). And the meds that shall not be named + zinc. So far, so good. The reasons I’m doing the fast too, is to keep him company (misery loves company, LOL), and worry that he’s shedding glop from the vax. Plus I haven’t done one in a while. I don’t like taking supplements during a fast, but kind of necessary in this case.

I’m just thankful he didn’t fall over dead right after the jab, like so many others have. Dead is hard to fix.

Hi I just want to say that I have the spike protein which was shed by someone (s) I was in contact with though I don’t have side affects from it yet. I did have covid 2x last yr and am fine except I haven’t gotten my taste and smell back. Any supplements for this?
Also the vitamin shoppe had some of the supplements you mentioned

Hi, Vivian! As far as vaccine shedding goes, I personally believe that if you have a stronge immune system and a supportive mindset you are very well protected. Zinc, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Quercetin are great for this. NAC or glutathione is one of the best things one can take to prevent spike protein shedding and replicating, but all the other natural aids mentioned in the list above can be of great help. I too had Covid-like symptoms a couple of weeks back and had a week or so with no taste and smell. It was weird, but I tried not to fight it because I was confident that they will come back. Have faith in the power of herbs and most importantly have faith in yourself and your complete recovery. You’re on the right path, trust your journey. Much health and love to you! 💚🙏🏻

Hi, Rosemary! Ideally comfrey leaf tea is the best way to use it in this situation. Make the tea as usual, 1 tsp of dried comfrey leaf in a cup (250 ml) of hot water and steep for 10 minutes. If you have fresh comfrey leaves, add 2 tsp in the same water quantity. I hope I helped. Much health to you! 💚

Thank you Andreea very much for all this info & all your research and caring. I have not been injected but am concerned about shedding & transmission for myself and also dog as have heard of quite a few pets having negative health impact being around vaxxed owners/ people nd know many folks who did get injected. I am still trying to find out about what to do about using citrus peels if they are not organic – so many mentions of benefits but ” of course organic” but I can’t find organic grapefruits, and the organic lemons are sometimes available but often not, so is it better to just forget about non-organic peels and use alternative things from your recommendations? (I’m also dealing with fatty liver & insulin resistance so lemons are relevant in more ways for me, tho apple cider vinegar also good) I have a Rife frequency board to ‘zap’/ treat all produce, and use veggi-wash, but I realise pesticides are used multiple times so are infused through the peel. I am in UK but produce esp citrus comes from many countries. I haven’t looked for blood oranges. Thank you.
Also wanted to say I love your section on crystals, and to add that a piece of Shungite in a water filter or mug of water is great way to cleanse and to structure the water and heal with water.
Again, much gratitiude for all your loving efforts and supporting health & healing..
Blessings & Health to all

Hi Judith! I am happy you’ve found the information here useful to you, much appreciated! Organic grapefruit peel is ideal, but if you don’t have it available where you are, you can try using an essential oil made from organic grapefruit peel (cold-pressed or steam distilled from the peel). This is an option to consider. Regarding the shedding, it’s important to have a set of beliefs that work for you, such as believing that nothing that other people do can affect you negatively and your physical and mental integrity and health are never impacted by the people around you. Your mind is a powerful tool. Much health and love!💚

Hi Andreea! Thank you for this! I find it very useful. I am wondering how could I mix the remedies you mention? Is there any “dangerous” mix or something we should be careful about when taking different supplements all together?
Many thanks again

Hi, Sav! Based on what I know so far, there is no negative counteraction between these natural remedies and supplements, but one can start incorporating them step by step, adding one more thing if the case be. For most people glutathione or NAC has worked very well and also pine needle tea, and coated silver. These three are the pillars. Then have citrus fruits, carrot juice, and herbal teas (dandelion, comfrey, St.John’s wort), and of course, eat as many fresh fruit and veggies. You don’t have to follow all of these remedies at once, I don’t necessarily recommend this, but if you got for the three things I mentioned, and then focus on a healthy diet and lifestyle you help your body tremendously with this detox, which is what is needed in this case. Before you start know that you can do it and your body is able and eager to go on this journey. Love yourself, the experience, and the process. I hope I helped, much health to you! 💚
