3. Natural Treatments for Stroke with Mistletoe

Mistletoe is known for its amazing properties to regulate the cardiac and circulatory functions of the body and it’s the best cure for both hypo and hypertension. There is no synthetic medical drug with this performance at the time being. In addition, mistletoe purifies and thins out the blood, and regulates the blood flow, being one of the best natural remedies for atherosclerosis and one of the most effective natural treatments for stroke.

The best type of mistletoe for this remedy is oak mistletoe. Use only the leaves and strains from the plant. The best time for picking mistletoe is between the 1st of October and the 15th of December or between the 1st of March and the 30th of April. Cut the leaves and strains into small pieces and dry them in shade. Once dry, keep the mistletoe in paper or gauze bags in dry places or in the dark.

Hello, Sarine! The remedies on this website are from a collection of natural remedies from people in the Balkans/Central Europe that have been passed on from generation to generation. However, I know about Maria Treben’s remedies, and I whenever I have published one of her remedies here I always make sure to say it’s her remedy/ies. Please tell me in which of Maria Treben’s books you have found these remedies. I have her best-seller “Health Through God’s Pharmacy”, but I didn’t find the remedies in this article there. Thank you for your interest in our website and much health.

Hello Truphena,

I am not sure exactly where you can purchase the green walnut shells/hulls to make the hypothyroidism treatment if you don’t live in an area where walnut trees grow. If you do, you can harvest the green hulls in late August and early September to prepare the tincture yourself (I assume you refer to this recipe here: https://www.mynaturaltreatment.com/how-to-use-green-walnut-peels/?highlight=hypothyroidism#1_Green_Walnut_Peels_Tincture_Recipe). Or, you can buy whole ripe walnuts with peels (but without the green hull), and prepare this remedy here: https://www.mynaturaltreatment.com/natural-treatment-for-thyroid-problems/. If you are also looking for a remedy for alcoholism, you can find some tested remedies here: https://www.mynaturaltreatment.com/home-remedies-for-alcohol-addiction/. I hope I helped, much health!
