This next remedy is recommended for varied mild oral conditions and here is how to make it. Steep 1 heaped tsp of fresh and chopped lady’s bedstraw in one cup of hot water for 1-2 minutes. If you don’t have a fresh herb you can use the dried lady’s bedstraw herb, but in this case, steep it for 10 minutes.

Strain and use this tea to rinse your mouth throughout the day. Gargle as deep as you can and then spit out. In the intervals between the gargles swallow a small sip of the tea. For best results, you need 6 to 8 cups of this tea per day. Mouth bumps and pain will start to fade away starting with day 5 of treatment.
