3. Sage Tea for DUB

Pour 250 ml of water over 2 teaspoon of minced sage and cover for 10 minutes. Slip and have three cups of sage tea per day. You may also use sage for vaginal sitz baths. This is very useful if you also have serious vaginal secretions.

4. Oak Bark Decoction Heals DUB

Add 2 teaspoons of minced oak bark into 250 ml of water and boil for 15 minutes. Slip and have 3 cups per day.
