This natural Spring mask smoothes and cleans the sensitive skin in the cleavage and breast area in just 15 minutes of application. To prepare it at home, combine 4 tablespoons of clay, 4 tablespoons of (liquid) honey, and 6 tablespoons of chamomile tea.

This back mask is disinfecting, anti-inflammatory, and regulates sebum, thus is a great natural mask for back acne. Here is how you can prepare it at home. Combine the following ingredients in a clean bowl:
- 60 ml of soybean oil
- 30 ml of olive oil
- one teaspoon of chamomile tea
- 6 tablespoons of oat flour
Mix them well together, then spread the natural mask – with a brush – on your back, and leave it on for 20 minutes. Then remove it by rubbing your back in circular motions and rinse with lukewarm water. Clay masks are just as effective when it comes to back acne. Clay contains essential mineral substances, such as zinc and silica, which stimulate the oxygenation of the skin cells and flush toxins out. Prepare this mask by mixing 2 tablespoons of clay powder with water. Spread this mask over your back area, and is allowed it to dry. After 20 minutes, wash it off in the shower.
4. Natural Spring Foot Mask
This foot mask is a boon for dehydrated skin of the soles of the feet. Anoint your feet with a greasy skin cream or oil, massage it well into your skin, then wrap your feet up to the ankles tightly in plastic wrap. These two types of shampoo are recommended for people allergic to pollen or propolis.)
Finally, rinse your hair with a nettle infusion, to which you add 1/5 liter (0.8 cups) of brandy. Continue for 10 days. Wash your hair with shampoo only on the first day of the treatment. For the rest of the days, after tamponing and a light shampooing – rinse your hair very well.
A less time-consuming alternative is the onion hair mask that you can use on a weekly basis. Peel 3 onions, cut them open, and soak them for 24 hours in 1/2 liter (2 cups) of rum. Strain after 24h and add 30 g of honey to this solution. Rub your scalp with this onion and honey brandy once a week before washing your hair.
