I am thinking of order the Vitamin A drops for my chronic dry eyes, which I’ve had since I was a child and I’m 70+ now. But when I looked at the usage, it doesn’t mention anything about putting them in your eyes. So just wondering about this.

Indeed liquid Vitamin A manufacturers rarely recommend using oily Vitamin A as eye drops but rather internally, although retinyl palmitate has been used in eye drops for a very long time due to its ability to help with corneal healing and dry eye relief. We also recommend consulting a herbalist or naturopath to help guide you in this sense.
