Melt the lanolin in a bowl on bain-marie. Add the almond oil and sunflower oil and mix well until you get a fine texture. Then take the bowl off the heat and leave it aside to cool. When the mixture begins to solidify, add the lavender oil, and mix it again. Pour the cream into a small glass jar and allow it to cool down before putting the cap on. This is the cream that will leave a soft and well-nourished skin after only one night on the skin.
2. Homemade Night Cream for Glowing Skin
Ingredients
- 1 piece of ginger (about 5 cm)
- 2 teaspoons of sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons of apricot oil
- 2 teaspoons of oily vitamin E
- ½ cup of cocoa butter
Preparation
Grate the ginger and squeeze all the juice out, in a glass or ceramic bowl. Discard the remaining ginger pulp or make tea with it. Combine all the other ingredients in a glass bowl. Heat the bowl 15 seconds at a time, repetitively. Combine well between the heating sessions. Repeat until the cocoa butter is fully melted. Pour the night cream into a clean glass jar and store it in a cool place.

- 1 handful of dried calendula flowers
- 20 ml of calendula oil
- 20 g beeswax
- 40 ml sweet almonds oil

- 1 ml of essential lemon oil
Preparation
Steep the calendula flowers in 300 ml of boiling water for 15 minutes. Allow the infusion to cool down completely in the fridge. Melt the beeswax on a double boiled, the calendula, and sweet almond oils and stir continuously with a wooden spoon. Add in about 2 tbsp of the calendula infusion (30 ml) and the lemon juice and mix.
Remove from the fire and continue mixing until the cream has cooled to body temperature. Now add the frankincense and lemon oils. After the night cream has cooled completely, pour it into a glass or porcelain jar, and store it in a dark place. Apply the cream on the face and around the eye area 30 minutes before bedtime.
