Prepare a blend of equal parts of the following herbs:
- pine buds
- fennel seeds
- licorice root
- poppy seeds

Steep 3 teaspoons of the herbal blend in 300 ml of boiling water in a thermos mug for 2 hours. Strain the infusion and drink warm, before going to bed. A cure lasts at least 2 months, during which time, you may experience unpleasant symptoms, such as a strong cough and mucus expectoration, which is normal. To reduce them, drink a hot herbal tea with a lot of lemon juice or raw honey.
3. Juice Tincture
This lung cleansing remedy cleans the lungs and the whole body in 4 weeks. Mix 500 ml of fresh carrot, beets, black radish juice, and high-quality vodka or brandy in an enamel pot. Cover the pot with a lid, smear dough on the edges to seal seal, and put in the oven for 1-1.5 hours, at the lowest temperature. After taking the pot out of the oven, leave it to cool down, then pour the juice tincture into a large glass jar. Have 50 ml of liquid, 3 times a day, before meals over the course of one month. In the months of May-June, harvest the tender pine tips with soft needles, and put them in 1-liter jars, in alternate layers, with raw honey and pressed well with a wooden spoon. Close the jar and leave it in the fridge for 3 weeks, then strain the syrup. Have one tablespoon of pine bud syrup, 3 times a day, between meals, until you finish the entire quantity. Pause for 2-3 weeks and resume if needed. You can use fir or spruce buds instead of pine buds.

If the resin is fresh and sticky, then shape it into small balls, the size of a cherry seed, put them on a plate, and keep them in the freezer for 3 hours. Keep them in a sealed glass jar. In order not to stick together to one another, pass the resin balls through coconut sugar or cinnamon (cinnamon also regulates blood sugar.)
