- 50 g dandelion
- 25 g chicory
- 25 g elderflowers
- 25 g corn silk (or mulberry leaves)
How to Make & Use
- Bring 1 l of water to boil in a pot.
- When the water starts boiling, add 4-5 tbsp of the herbal mix.
- Simmer on low heat for 2 minutes and then turn the heat off.
- Leave to cool with a lid on.
- Strain and drink 6 cups a day, in between meals for a month.
- You can lose up to 2 kg (4 lbs) a week.
