Thank you for this post. I want to try this remedy, but I have a question. When you do the Walnuts and Oak Bark, you say 2-3 days after starting the procedure start steam sitz baths using the same tea. Do you mean do the Irrigation along with the bath, or you stop the irrigation when you start the bath.
We are so glad that you are interested in our remedies and find them useful and thank you for asking. So, the walnut and oak bark treatment refers to vaginal irrigations every evening before bedtime, for 2 weeks in a row. In addition, do a steam sitz bath with the same tea recipe every 2-3 days, while still doing the irrigations. Hence, you will need to do around 4-6 steam sitz baths in these 2 weeks of treatment. The easiest way to do it is to prepare the infusion and first use it for the sitz bath and after it has reached a lower temperature (bearable) start your irrigations. And do this every 2-3 days while on this treatment. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask. Please consult a certified naturopath for a treatment for chronic cervicitis.
