How to Make Spinach Juice By Hand
Chop two handfuls of spinach leaves as finely as possible, then add 200 ml of water (one cup) over the cut leaves in a bowl. After adding the water, mix with a wooden spoon, so that the spinach leaves release as much juice as possible. Leave to soak for 4-6 hours, at room temperature, then strain and squeeze all the spinach juice out very well. Consume the juice immediately after straining. You can use the remaining spinach leaves in salads, or smoothies, or freeze them for later use.
How to Make Spinach Juice Using a Blender
Put 200 ml (one cup) of water and two handfuls of chopped spinach leaves into your blender and give it a good blend. Pour the spinach paste into a ceramic bowl and leave to macerate for 2-3 hours. Strain and squeeze all the spinach juice out. Drink the spinach juice immediately after filtering.
To enjoy its powerful healing properties, drink spinach juice on an empty stomach, preferably in the morning. To improve its taste, at first, you can combine it with a little carrot and lemon juice, until you get used to the specific taste.

- Chronic pancreatitis, Post-pancreatitis pancreatic insufficiency: 100 ml of fresh spinach juice + 30 g bee pollen (powder) per day, on an empty stomach.
- Cancer: it is used as an adjuvant in cancer; 500 ml (2 cups) of spinach juice a day, on an empty stomach.
- Scurvy and rickets: half a liter of spinach juice a day, for 21 days, in installments, 15 minutes before the main meals. You will have better results if you combine 250 ml of nettle juice with 250 ml of spinach juice (one cup each).
- Anemia and demineralization: a combination of 100 ml of spinach juice and 100 ml of nettle juice before the main meals.
- Asthma and diabetes: 500 ml (2 cups) of spinach juice in the morning, on an empty stomach. for a minimum of 30 days.
- Ischemic heart disease, hypertension, palpitations, atherosclerosis: 1 cup of spinach juice per day.
