How to Make Spinach Juice By Hand
Chop two handfuls of spinach leaves as finely as possible, then add 200 ml of water (one cup) over the cut leaves in a bowl. After adding the water, mix with a wooden spoon, so that the spinach leaves release as much juice as possible. Leave to soak for 4-6 hours, at room temperature, then strain and squeeze all the spinach juice out very well. Consume the juice immediately after straining. You can use the remaining spinach leaves in salads, or smoothies, or freeze them for later use.
How to Make Spinach Juice Using a Blender
Put 200 ml (one cup) of water and two handfuls of chopped spinach leaves into your blender and give it a good blend. Pour the spinach paste into a ceramic bowl and leave to macerate for 2-3 hours. Strain and squeeze all the spinach juice out. Drink the spinach juice immediately after filtering.
