Es la primera vez que escucho hablar de las semillas de achiote/annato (Bixa orellana) ya que no son muy populares en Europa donde estamos. Después de investigar un poco, he descubierto que estas semillas tienen propiedades también hipoglucemiantes e hipertrigliceridemiantes sin efectos secundarios, según estudios.
