- 1 cup of milk

Preparation & Use: Make an infusion by pouring boiling water over the heartsease and thyme flowers. Let the infusion cool for 20 minutes. Strain the infusion through a gauze and pour it into a bottle, then add the drops of grapefruit oil over and shake the bottle well. Wipe your face daily, in the morning and in the evening, with a damp cotton pad. Allow the face to dry, then you can apply your natural face cream.
