- 3 tsp of fresh or dried sweet violet flowers
- 1 cup of milk
Preparation & Use: Heat up the milk on the stove and when it boils, pour it over the flowers and cover the pot. Leave the face milk for an hour. Strain and apply the milk to the face, neck, and décolleté using a cotton pad. Rinse it off after 15-20 minutes. This natural skin care face milk brings back tenderness and youth to the skin.

- 1 handful of heartsease flowers and leaves
- 2 tbsp of fresh thyme flowers and leaves (or 1 tbsp of dried thyme)
- 300 ml of flat water or rainwater
- 2 drops of grapefruit essential oil
Preparation & Use: Make an infusion by pouring boiling water over the heartsease and thyme flowers. Let the infusion cool for 20 minutes. Strain the infusion through a gauze and pour it into a bottle, then add the drops of grapefruit oil over and shake the bottle well. Wipe your face daily, in the morning and in the evening, with a damp cotton pad. Allow the face to dry, then you can apply your natural face cream.
4. Dandelion & Yogurt Face Mask for Mature Skin
- 1 handful of dandelion leaves
- 1 tbsp natural yogurt
Preparation & Use: Collect dandelion leaves, wash and pass them through a slow juicer to get a small amount of juice. Add the yogurt to the juice and mix well until you get a homogenous paste. Spread the face mask on the face. After 10 minutes, wash it off with lukewarm water.
