Add 2 tbsp of St. John’s wort and another 2 tbsp of dandelion in 1 L of water. Cover the pot and let the teas infuse for 15 minutes, afterward slip and drink unsweetened. Split the total tea quantity into 3 equal parts and drink it 30 minutes before the main meals of the day. 2. Parsley Seeds Remedy for Melasma

Amongst the natural remedies for melasma, there is this one using parsley and alcohol and it goes like this. Mix 100 g of parsley seeds with 500 ml of plum alcohol and let them macerate for 14 weeks. Pad the brown spots with this natural solution and also eat as much fresh parsley as you can.

3. Natural Remedy for Melasma with Corn Meal 

Mix 1 tbsp. of cornmeal with ¼ tsp. of orange peel powder, 1 tsp. olive oil and another one of natural yogurt. Mix well and then apply the paste to the brown spots on your face and let it stay until it dries out. When it’s almost completely dried, easily massage the paste into your face until it starts to shine. Rinse after the massage with warm water and then with cold water.

Dissolve 2 aspirins into a cup with lemon juice and water (1:1) and then add 50 ml of sunflower oil. Stir well before each usage. Pad the brown spots twice a day until they have completely vanished. For even faster results add parsley leaves too, made from squeezed parsley leaves.

Wash your face with whey from fresh cheese or yogurt for 30 days in a row. You can also use wheat bran to wash your face with, leave it a few minutes on the face and then wash off. Clay is also amazing. Add 1 tablespoon of clay powder in one cup of water, leave it overnight and then use it to wash your face the next morning.

6. Castor Oil Remedy for Melasma

Pad the brown spots every morning and evening using castor oil and the brown spots will soon be gone. Be perseverant and continue the treatment until they fade away. Swedish bitter is also amazing. Pad your face with Swedish bitter. Concomitant, drink as much as 2-4 cups of nettle leaves and root infusion (on an empty stomach).
