- Pour a cup of filtered/spring water at room temperature over a spoonful of chopped rose hips (fresh or dried) and two chia seeds. Cover and allow to soak for eight hours or overnight. Strain and drink the cold maceration throughout the day, for 21 days.
- Pour 250 ml (1 cup) of boiling water over a spoonful of hawthorn flowers and two chia seeds. Covered and steep for at least two hours. Strain and have 30 ml, three times a day, half an hour before the main meals for two months.
- Pour half a liter of boiling water over a teaspoon of chopped peppermint leaves and half a teaspoon of chia seeds. Cover and steep until cool. Drink it throughout the day for ten days.
How to Use Chia Seeds for High Blood Pressure
Grate a piece of pumpkin and combine 30 grams with three powdered chia seeds. Consume once a day, before meals. Increase the dose gradually, until you eat 150 grams of raw pumpkin with 15 powdered chia seeds, twice a day, half an hour before the main meals. The duration of the treatment is one and a half months. Pause for 15 days, and resume if needed.
Another way to use chia seeds for high blood pressure is the following. Combine the fresh juice from a small beet with the powder from three chia seeds. Drink this on an empty stomach, one spoon at a time, increasing the dose gradually, until you drink 100 ml, three times a day (300 ml of juice in total). The duration of this treatment is two months.
