This remedy is used during the rehabilitation period, but also for prophylaxis for myocardial infarction. Mix 1 kg of crushed black chokeberries with 2 kg of raw bee honey in a large jar. Mix well and seal the jar. Have one tablespoon of the chokeberry syrup 2 times a day. During this time, carefully your blood pressure. Continue for 6 months. If you don’t have fresh chokeberries available, you can replace them with chokeberry juice (ideally unpasteurized) or chokeberry powder.

To prepare the tea, steep two teaspoons of herbs in a cup of hot water. Steep the herbs from mix #1 for three hours, and the herbs from the second mix for one hour. Strain the infusion, divide it into three portions (75 ml each), and drink each portion between meals, at the same time every day (eg at 8 am, 14 pm, 20 pm every day). This natural remedy not only stops heart arrhythmias but can also lower or balance blood pressure in some cases.
