- 600 ml water (20 oz)
- 12 medium-sized onions
- 3 tablespoons coriander seeds
- 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
- 5-6 peppercorns
- 2-3 cloves
- 100 ml cold-pressed olive oil
Add the dried kelp into the boiling water, give it a good mix and cover with a lid so that the algae hydrate. Strain, finely chop the hydrated seaweed, and put them in a bowl aside. Next, finely chop the onions and add them to the seaweed, alongside the powdered spices. Then pour the cold-pressed olive oil and mix using a wooden spoon, so that everything is well combined. Leave the mixture in the fridge for the next 24 hours.
