- 6 g beeswax
- 10 drops of sea buckthorn oil
- 10 drops of lavender essential oil
- 3 drops of spearmint essential oil
How to Make
- Chop the chestnut leaves finely, heat them in a double boiler with the coconut oil, and let them infuse for 30 minutes.
- Strain the coconut oil and heat it together with the beeswax until it completely melts.
- Add the sea buckthorn oil and essential oils, mixing well.
- Pour the balm into small jars, wait for it to cool, then close the lids.
This natural salve should be used as a day cream during the summer, or before sunbathing to prevent sunburn. Should be used within 2 to 4 weeks after preparation.
