Insert a thin rubber tube into the spout of the teapot, and the other end into a mug. Put the pot with the plant on low heat.

Insert a few fresh geranium leaves into a linen cloth (the cloth must be made of 100% linen). Apply the compress over the affected area, and then put a handkerchief soaked in hot water on top. After about half an hour, you must use another batch of fresh geranium leaves and re-soak the handkerchief. Continue in this way until the pain disappears. The same compress can also be used for muscle spasms or contractions.
