Gastric Polyps are often times hard to spot due to the fact that in most cases there are no symptoms related, unless they are sizable.
We have here a simple home remedy for gastric polyps if you look for a more natural approach to the matter.
The Home Remedy for Gastric Polyps with Common Comfrey
Dry the common comfrey roots and then chop them finely. Grind them using the coffee grinder until you get a fine powder. Put the comfrey powder in a dark glass jar. Seal the jar tightly and store it in a dark place.
- Have 3 tsp per day of the comfrey powder, 1 hour before the meals.
In addition, make comfrey tea. Have 3 cups a day, between the meals. This is how you prepare the tea.
Add 2 tsp. of chopped comfrey root into ¼ L of cold water and soak it overnight. Next morning, slightly warm up the tea until it reaches 20-25° in temperature.
Slip the tea and drink it slowly, sip by sip. After you’ve drunk your tea, chew on the boiled comfrey roots that you used for making the tea.
Diet Recommendations for Gastric Polyps
No home remedy for gastric polyps would ever work if you don’t pay attention to adjusting your diet. In this situation, a vegetarian diet is most recommended. Eat solely fruits, vegetables, wheat and rice until your polyps are gone.
