A simple thing that you can do to cure pleurisy is to make the next simple super medicine. Finely chop a whole lemon and mix it with 1 teaspoon of ground flaxseeds, 2 tablespoons of high-quality pork lard and 500 g liquid honey. Take 1 tablespoon of this mix 3 times per day, 20 minutes before mealtime.

Drink 4 cups of yarrow throughout the day, in small sips. In the morning, on an empty stomach, and in the evening, 30 minutes before bedtime you can dissolve the Bitter in it and drink it. In case of cold and rheumatic pains, large quantities of yarrow tea are just what you need.
